About Miss Leese

Hi, my name is Jen Leese, and this will be my seventh year teaching first grade at Esperanza Elementary School. I was raised in the northern suburbs of Chicago. I am an avid Bears and Cubs fan. I love it there but I left the cold weather to attend Arizona State University where I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education in 2005. I graduated in May of 2010 with my master's degree in Educational Leadership at Northern Arizona University. My parents live in Dallas, Texas, and my younger sister Megan lives here in Phoenix. My extended family is scattered around the United States, but is primarily located in Iowa.
